Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, broadly known as PCOS, is an endocrine disorder that influences women in their reproductive age. It is also known as Stein-Leventhal disorder. Similar studies in South India and Maharashtra showed the predominance of PCOS, as 9.13% and 22.5% respectively.
